### **Phase 0 — Definition & Architecture (Q2 2026)**

* Finalize SHINOBI protocol vision and economic model
* Complete whitepaper v1 (public release)
* Contract specifications for token, staking, farming, treasury, and governance
* Formal threat model and security invariants

**Deliverable:** v1 documentation + technical specs

* Deploy SHO token on **COTI**
* Implement staking contract (lock‑based)
* Implement farming pools (LP + single‑asset)
* Treasury + fee splitter contracts
* Internal testing (unit + fuzz + invariant tests)

**Gate:** internal audit checklist passed

* Launch **Village** long‑term lock system
* Enable boost multipliers for staking/farming
